Emma's Dance Recital
Ok, ok so it was only her dress rehearsal- but since we are not allowed to take pictures during the real performance, this is the best I can do. :) She not only looked cute, Emma, and her classmates, did really well!

Emma's Kindergarten Spring Music Performance
Grandma Sandy, Grandma Mary Ann and Grandpa Byron joined Mama, Papa and Emma for a very cute evening of singing. My personal favorite was Peter Rabbit. :) Great Job Emmie!

Painting her stable
Emma worked hard on painting and building her horse stable. I think it turned out quite well! :)

Cantering with Bonnie on the Longe Line
Emma trained on the longe line today with Bonnie. They even cantered for the first time together. Papa Joe was a little nervous but Emma (and Bonnie) did just fine!! :) She is already begging for more lessons (and this session isn't even over yet!)!

Emma and Bonnie
Emma has a new favorite horse. This is the 2nd time Emma was able to ride Bonnie and she says she wants to stick with her as much as possible. Bonnie is a sweet, well trained horse, who loves to go fast and eat peppermint! Emma was thrilled to be able to feed her a candy cane today! :)

Riding Posy
Emma wore Oma Inge's necklace to riding lessons today so we had to take a few pictures to show her. :) Emma had fun on Posy today; here she is steering her through the course while trotting and making Posy stop. :)

Emma had such a great time helping her friend Emelia celebrate her 6th birthday. She loved the face painting so much and really did not want to wash it off! :)

Keenan Hugs
This has to be one of the sweetest pictures of Emma. Even though it is blurry and hard to see (hey it is hard to take a picture of your own belly, especially with someone laying on it!), I love the look on her face. This was taken shortly after Emma felt Keenan kicking for the first time.

Watching them play make me think we need to move to Germany when Emma is a teenager, where the driving age is 18. Our girl is going to need all the extra time she can get!! :) Caleb on the other hand, was quite the little driver!

Emma's New Bike
Emma has been doing super without training wheels. She needs a little help getting started but can ride and stop all on her own now! A few days after this picture was taken she decided she didn't even need Papa to run behind her anymore. :)

Easter Morning!
Emma had a blast searching for her eggs, once again she proved to be quite the climber! She loved finding all of her surprises and we loved watching her find them!! Happy Easter!!!

Fun and Yummy Easter Treats
Of course we had bunny face carrot cake and egg goop (egg goop not pictured here, but oh so good!); but we tried a few new things this year too. The bunny veggie dip was quite tasty, as was the bunny beer bread. The bunny fruit salad was yummy too and very fun for Emma to eat!
