Baby Alex!!!
Emma has a new baby cousin named Alex! He is absolutely adorable!! :) Congratulations again Lori and Kevin!

Emma's first time bowling
One of Emma's school friends celebrated her birthday at the bowling alley this year. Alex and Joe bowled, while Em and I attended the b-day party.










It was fun to watch the little ones throw, er- roll maybe is better, the ball. Every time Emma rolled the ball she put her hands up in this victory pose; it was quite cute!

One the other hand, at least on this day, I couldn't get these two to sit any closer! :)

Happy Valentine's Day!
After the German school gathering we celebrated Valentine's day with a dinner of chocolate fondue and a cuddle by the fire.

Visiting Grandpa Bob
After the winter blast fun, we headed to Grandpa Bob's. We even managed to drag him out for a trip to Mexican Town. Yum! We were so full!!

Winter Blast in Detroit!
With Alex back for a visit we headed to Detroit to enjoy the festivities of Winter blast. Emma ice skated for the very first time and rode the pony. Emma loved the pony, Alex and I had fun skating and Papa- I think Papa was just cold.

Grandma, Emma and I had a great day on Sanibel Island; from the shell and picnic in the morning to the dolphins and drinks at night.

Princesses, pixies and more characters- oh my! We had such a great time! :)
