Happy 4th of July!!
We headed to Grandma Sandy's lake house for the 4th of July. Emma had a ball jumping in the lake, riding the razor, playing with the sparklers, celebrating Stephanie's birthday and playing with her 2nd cousins. It was great to see everyone and catch up a bit!

Lake Michigan
Lake Michigan is a beautiful place to spend time with friends and family (and if you're Rick, a beautiful place to spend time in his golf cart, his speed boat, his sailboat, his airplane, or his dune buggy :) Thanks for the ride Rick :)

Emma was amazed by the expanding dough for dampfnudels. And we all enjoyed eating them!! Oma Inge is a great cook!

A Day at the Gardens
Emma loved the children's garden, where she spent a long time building a lovely fairy playground. Opa liked that there was a garden named after him, well not really after him, but fun that it shared his name! :)
