Keenan's 1st Birthday Party; The Cakes and some of the Food
Grandma Sandy made the cute lion head cake, while I made the 2 marzipan adorned cakes. Grandma Sandy also came up with this very cool soba noodle salad lion face with a Thai spring roll mane. Grandma Mary Ann created the adorable hummus lion face. We all worked on lots of other dishes too! :) Yum! Thanks for all your help Grandma Sandy and Grandma Mary Ann!!

Brooke's Photos
Brooke Collier took some great pictures of Keenan the week before he turned one. She mailed us a copy of the photos and has given us permission to share them here with you! :) The pictures are beautiful story telling images which are so much more artful than the standard head-shots (which, of course, have their place too). I just love these photos! Although I have to admit, she had a darn cute model to work with!! A few of you have asked who took the pictures and asked for her details, so if you need more info, visit Brooke's site (just click on her name).
