Hiking in the Alps
First we rode the gondola up the mountian, notice Emma and Belle smiling...



Then we headed down the mountian....











There were lots of beautful places to stop and rest...

But at the end of the day Emma was not thrilled with our choice to go hiking... maybe in a few years she will learn to love hiking in the mountians like her mama.

Tripsdrill
We had another great trip to Tripsdrill this year. Emma was even tall enough to ride a new roller coaster and several other exciting rides!!

Sea Life Speyer
Emma, Mama and Oma had a great time at Sea Life. From the cool bubbles to view fish to the tunnel of sharks, we enjoyed watching our sea friends. Since there is a no flash rule (for good reasons :) the pictures with the fish aren't the best, but they can hopefully give you an idea of the fun we had. The activities at the end (drawing, boat riding, and other fun educational activities) were lots of fun as well.

KiKa Sommer Fest!!
Back in Germany, Sarah, Lisa, Oma, Mama and Emma went to the summer festival of the German child's TV channel, KIKA. Sarah and Lisa were thrilled to get an autograph from German pop star Selina, and Emma was thrilled to see Tanz Alarm live (a 10 minute dance show on German TV). Oma worked her way into the Tiger Enten Club tent to make a feather flower bouquet with Emma and although overwhelming at times, fun was had by all.

Emma (and the rest of us) loved Greece!

We loved our room with a pool in Greece. So much fun to have our own private getaway with such a beautiful view of the sea!!

We never went sort of yummy food while in Greece... guess that is why we all gained 2 kilos that week, eh?

From the mini-disco, to Greek night, to the late night DJ- there were plenty of opportunities for everyone to show off their dance skills. :)
